Dust & Tribe Santa Barbara Wilderness Retreat
From March 18-20, our Islah Academy students will be embarking on a Wilderness Retreat along the Santa Barbara coast in partnership with Dust & Tribe, a Muslim wilderness adventure organization. We recognize that exploring the nature of Allah’s creation is an irreplaceable learning experience, and we thank Dust & Tribe for giving this experience to our students.
Thanks to the efforts of our donors, we continue to be able to provide the Muslim children of South LA with a high quality, safe, Islamic education. From November 2021 through January 2022, we were able to raise approximately $200,000 to cover our operating costs through the end of this school year. We truly appreciate all those who put in the money, time, or effort to give our children a foundation for a good future.
However, we need to build a sustainable financial model to ensure Islah Academy’s long term stability. In order to help us with this, please consider becoming a monthly donor by clicking the donate button below and choosing the monthly option. Whether you can give $10, $50, $100 or more monthly, everything makes a difference. Please donate and help us continue to serve our children. May Allah bless you all.
